What the studio provides

RoofingReels produces video content from your job media and supplied facts. Each completed job pack contains three vertical videos, cover images, subtitles, and post copy. Content is not a guarantee of views, leads, revenue, roof performance, insurance coverage, or construction compliance.

Payment and delivery

Job packs are prepaid, one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price and credit quantity are shown before checkout. One credit is reserved when a job is queued. If processing ultimately fails, that job credit is restored automatically. A restored credit is not a cash refund. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Processing may be delayed by provider outages or invalid input. Checkout is disabled while production service checks are incomplete.

Your media and claims

You must own or have permission to use all uploaded media, customer property images, business branding, and supplied facts. Do not upload private contact details, identifying information without permission, or material you are not authorized to publish. You remain responsible for your advertising claims and where you publish the finished videos.

Concepts and illustrations

AI roof concepts are speculative, visibly labeled, and not evidence of completed work. The 3D roof is illustrative, not a scan, measurement, diagnostic assessment, engineering design, or installation specification for the property. Do not remove these disclosures or present synthetic images as completed customer jobs.

Access and retention

Source files and outputs are private until you choose to enable a completed-project share link. Anyone with that link can view and download the published outputs until you revoke it; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Files are retained for 30 days, after which automated cleanup may delete them. Download your finished work before then. You can delete inactive jobs sooner from the studio.

Preview status

Preview pages and the procedural demonstration are not evidence that live paid fulfillment has been activated. Only an enabled checkout in the authenticated studio offers production purchases.
