Using RoofingReels

RoofingReels is provided for business use by roofing contractors and related teams. You agree to use the service lawfully and only with content you have the right to upload, edit, and publish.

Accounts and onboarding

When you start a trial or subscribe, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping access to your account, team, and uploaded materials appropriately controlled.

Customer content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, logos, and branding assets you provide. By uploading them, you give RoofingReels permission to process that content as needed to create, host, and deliver your reel outputs.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Pricing, included usage, and plan details are described on the live pricing section of the site and may be updated over time.

No performance guarantee

RoofingReels is designed to improve the quality and consistency of your social proof workflow, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, estimates, sales, or marketing outcomes.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the product evolves. If a material change affects billing or core service delivery, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice.
